Who is the Holy Spirit ? He is said to come like a rushing wind, as a dove or like rushing waters.. these are expressions of him. But the Holy Spirit is the spirit of God. The active presence of God on the earth. He comes to guide, comfort and empower us. He is gentle as a breeze and fierce as a consuming fire. A constant companion to all who embrace him.
