Each day I walk the beach. It is like a meeting place between heaven and earth. Somedays I sit and meditate, somedays I run to wear out my thoughts. Nether the less this is a liason point, where the Holy spirit and I meet. An exchange happens when we position ourselves outside of whats comfortable or convenient. We need and we are needed.
